Relax and enjoy your vacation in the comfort of Palapa Joe’s second floor suite. The suite overlooks a lovely garden. Across the street from the beach and close to everything in La Manzanilla, the suite is artfully appointed with unique handicrafts from throughout Mexico.

Luxuriate in air-conditioned comfort with a queen-size bed, satellite TV, private dressing area and bath. Suites feature equipali sofas, chairs, and table, ceiling fans, mini-kitchen w/small fridge, microwave oven, coffee pot, sink, and tableware.

Maid service is available, and Palapa Joe’s restaurant is adjacent for your dining pleasure. Wireless access to the internet is also available for your laptop computer. Maximum of 2 adults plus one child.

Rental Policy:

Rental rates are quoted in US dollars and then converted to pesos at the prevailing rate.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled, any deposit paid can be applied to a future rental given that the future reservation is within one calendar year of the original rental.

Payment of balances due can be made using Visa,Mastercard, Paypal, Pesos or US currency.

A key and towel deposit of $100 pesos is collected at check-in. The deposit is refunded upon return of the keys.

Unless otherwise informed, check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
