Casa Christina is an exclusive and professionally designed villa overlooking Tenacatita Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The two hundred and seventy degree breathtaking view from this home encompasses the palm tree lined crescent beach, the unforgettable sunsets, the charming fishing village of La Manzanilla and the splendid tropical jungle.
The three story home is built on a mountainside and the ocean breezes flow through the open Pacific style architecture of the huge living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Much care and attention has been paid to every detail to the design and comfort of this impressive casa.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, air-condition and a large balcony for relaxing and enjoying the marvellous view. The en-suite master bath features a beautiful ceramic tub on the balcony surrounded by a small jardin with flowers. This exotic bathroom also includes separate shower and bidet.
In the lower level are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, big balcony and one with two single beds and a French balcony. Each bedroom offers air-condition and en-suite bathrooms.

The house is a modern interpretation of Mexican architecture and style. Each room is tastefully decorated with a special focus on color and texture. One example is the specially created ceramic tile for the kitchen. The living area has a large fountain of glass and copper designed and built especially for Casa Christina by the renowned artist Richard Rowley.
Casa Christina is part of Montana del Mar a new and exclusive development in La Manzanilla, Jalisco. Nestled in the centre of this community is the private swimming pool which is only for the use of the house owners and renters.

A three minute walk down the stairs brings you to the centre of the pueblo and to the wonderful beach and Ocean for endless walks. It is said that this is the safest and best beach on Mexico's Pacific coast for swimming and snorkelling. This peaceful and typical fishing village with a growing Art colony offers shops and a variety of restaurants.
Several world class resorts are located on this beautiful Costa Alegre. Drive to Grand Bay Hotel, Careyes Resort, Las Hadas, and the nearby El Tamarindo Resort for world famous golf and "pampering one's self".
