Sara Henze, first proprietor of La Manzanilla Homes, was a full-time resident of La Manzanilla since 1995. The experience and expertise she gained during that time on this fabulous Costalegre are reflected as the main foundations of this agency. Sara Henze passed away in 2010, leaving her place to her oldest daughter Mayan, who is proudly leading the agency under the same principles of honesty, efficiency and hospitality.

Because La Manzanilla is such a unique destination, new visitors and residents alike usually have a lot of questions. Among other things, a different language, unfamiliar currency, new cultures and customs, and what you have to do to get things done can be very confusing.
