Opening its proffessional services also to homeowners not needing the full rental management La Manzanilla Homes offers different rental management packages to chose from our Full, Half, Mini Packages. We also have a special offer package.

Full Rental Management Package

  • Advertisement on my web site www.lamanzanillahomes.com and/or other web sites * and at chosen rental agencies in town.
  • Taking and editing of Photos for the advertisement.
  • Set up and maintain a rental calendar for your rental.
  • Showing the home to potential renters.
  • Communicate with possible clients for your rental and lead them through the booking process.
  • Personal welcoming at the property for the arrival of renters and checking of the home upon departure.
  • Availability as a contact person to the renters during their stay.
  • Handling of deposits and monies and provide statements of rental transactions. Transfer funds to your PayPal- or Banamex account.
  • Payment of your rental income taxes from your funds with your accountant if required.
  • Developing a welcome folder with information on the home, the village, restaurants, activities and other necessary information for your renters.

Fee: 20% of the rental income. Of the 20 % I will offer and share 50 % for referrals from other agencies or from the property owner.  (* On websites offering free advertisement.)

Half Rental Management Package

  • Advertisement on my web site www.lamanzanillahomes.com and/or other web sites * and at chosen rental agencies in town.
  • Taking and editing of Photos for the advertisement.
  • Set up and maintain a rental calendar for your rental.
  • Communicate with possible clients for your rental and lead them through the booking process.
  • Handling of deposits and monies and provide statements of rental transactions. Transfer funds to your PayPal- or Banamex account.
  • You or your Property Manager handles the welcoming and departure of guests and is the contact person during their stay.

Fee: 15% of the rental income. Of the 15 % I will offer and share 50 % for referrals from other agencies or from the property owner. (* On websites offering free advertisement.)

Mini Rental Management Package

  • Taking and editing of Photos for the advertisement (includes 20 photos).
  • Set up and maintain a rental calendar for your rental.
  • Free consultation on how to improve your rental.
  • All inquiries go directly to you or your property manager.

Fee: Annual fee of $150 usd (or equivalent in PesosMN) per listing. Optional but recommended: 10 % commission of successful referrals made through La Manzanilla Homes .
